ONQI list

While you are all searching for Waldo, maybe you could also search and tell me where Graham Crackers are on the ONQI list. It is a new 0-100 food list coming soon to a grocer near you. I learned about it from paging through the beginning of the Sept. National Geographic. Until we know better, stick to eating: broccoli, blueberries, oranges, green beans, mustard greens, strawberries, and raw spinach.

Hey, give us a link! My concern is where are chicken McNuggets with hot mustard sauce.

The only link i know of with a list is in the title. I'm hoping some super search sleuth can find more lists to find out if graham crackers are at least over 50.

According to Natl Geog skinless chicken breasts are 39 and whole chickens with skin are 28 and mustard greens are 100, but that's a little different than McNuggets.

I love all those foods but my family would have my neck if I tried to feed them more green leafy vegetables. So, I take it easier on them and enjoy more of that great food myself, especially if I go out.
