Me Too

It was the dead of winter.  A bad storm was coming.  Our 25 year old snowblower was kaput.  Jo was quick to say, "I guess we have to get a new snowblower" and I grimly and soberly and in a mature fashion nodded in agreement.

You can see from the picture that it was a tough decision for me.  Afterwards I felt guilty and told Jo the snowblower would count as my birthday, anniversary and Christmas presents combined.

That's a beautiful snow blower! You should see ours. We got our snow blower when Leonard died in '95 and it was old then. It's been a good one!

Our snowblower gets a workout every snowstorm on our long driveway, also at Christoffer's house, and then at the lake place. It is cheaper than a truck and snowplow, though. Now i need a snow machine.... a four-wheeler... a riding lawn-mower....

Jadon and Amy let me use their little snow thrower last year. I got spoiled! But of course they needed it back when they got their own driveway, which is bigger than ours. So through our record breaking snows of this winter, we may get more snow tonight, I used the shovel :(

we're truly sorry that someone got a hold of our email addresses and infected it with a virus. Stupid computers...about the only time I use that word. Don't open anything up from us except something like this. Mark, it is too good to be true because it isn't true!

Please continue to pray for Ralph's mom. She is still hospitalized and a pretty sick woman. We had to move her out of her assisted living facility yesterday. She doesn't know yet because it would probably affect her ability to heal. Room's aren't held very long when people are either hospitalized or placed in nursing facilities.

Love to you all. I'm appreciating our family blog again.
