ICE out of control

We tried to start up our plant about a month ago and had a little problem with leaking water in our 1500# steam system on the reformer. We are now making ammonia as of yesterday!!!
Here is the QUESTION of the WEEK: How many pounds of pressure does water make enclosed in pipes like this, when it changes to ice?? (send your answers to the comment section below)

I'm having a problem with the Robin today - I'm not seeing all the choices. I'll take a stab anyway... I choose 'B'.

What do I win?

All you have to do is a simple search. WWW knows everything.
Here, i'll make it a fill in the blank quiz: _________psi. (pounds per square inch)
(Sorry, Paul, that i cannot make little square boxes for you, that would give you an unfair advantage.)

You are trying to trick me, without doing the math it appears you are quite low.
