In 1968 the slide frames began to mark the date of development, but, in my opinion, 1968 was not a great year for slides. A lot of them were dark or out of focus. A lot were not what I would consider "memorable". Here's one that, for me, stuck out. O Canada!

Yes, it must have been his departure to Canada. Looks like it was around Halloween time... You can see Dad's shadow on the car. I thought Teddy had longer fur than it appears--maybe he hasn't gotten his winter coat yet. Does anyone remember what that retaining wall was made of? And I forget, who were the people next door? I don't remember that car at all.
