Now i remember the bicycles built for 2 that the Evans' had. (Just remembered their last name.) I think Dad's cousins were Jean and Joan. Maybe they were twins and Dad grew up with them in Brookston.
I think we went to Oshkosh in 1962.
It is coming back...John and Joan Evans. He might have been a professor at a college.
Oofdah... that sun was bright.
Very good. We have the circle tour in '61. The Evans in Osh Kosh in '62. And the Watkins in Wells in '63. That helps a lot.
I also remember visiting the Evans in Oshkosh. Jean and Joan were identical twins of Dad's. They both had 5 children. That must have been a busy household when we visited or their cousins from Wells! I remember enjoying that trip very much. I enjoyed having more girls to play with. (I was named after Jean Adele Watkins.)
Yes, John Evans was a professor there.
Notice how Mark suddenly remembered the tandem bike but said nothing about the girl he was riding tandem with? Perhaps he's being coy about something. Cmon Mark we won't tell Lois Ann. What happens on the Round Robin stays on the Round Robin.
