I'll get back to Paul's Challenge in a bit. I'm also, by the way, almost finished scanning my photos, so the Stynsberg photos from the late 60's will be scanned soon. But for now, I thought that those who have crossed the Alaska Highway would find these photos from around 1955 interesting.
I might have shown this one before, but I'm not going to take the time to check. I think this is Watson Lake, but I'm not positive. Notice that the fast food joint had a drive through window.
And speaking of Watson Lake. . .there weren't as many signs posted back then.
This may be the gold dredge (pre restoration) some of us toured up near Dawson.
