A tornado touched down on our neighbors, Warroad, 20 miles to the east last night. My friend, Chuck, took these first two photos from his airplane this morning.
The changing rooms for the outdoor swimming pool - destroyed.
Some Marvin Windows trailers tipped over. I don't know if there were windows inside.
More tipped trailers.
Thankfully, there wasn't a whole parking lot full of cars...
Another view of the changing rooms.
A flipped camper.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported.

I think the tornado was caused by global warming.
It was on the news. I thought about you guys. Glad you were safe. Did they issue warnings?
We didn't here any warnings in Roseau. Thankfully, they got warnings in Warroad and were able to evacuate people from trailers.
Speaking of global warming - it's been incredibly hot and dry in Roseau this summer. Not a mosquito in sight...
Wow, it could have been a lot worse if it had been a weekday in Warroad with more people at the plant. What a blessing that there was warning or there would have undoubtably been some deaths and serious injuries.
I'm glad the global warming is done here in the Cities. We hardly ever see tornados! But Mark could you please open up the pipeline again, I'm afraid all the freaking out will really send the gas prices!
