We have had a few weeks of cold weather and the lakes have about 6" of ice. When i woke up today from still working nights, our dog Ivy took me skating. The ice made some scary sounds as the ice made some long cracks from shore to shore.
Ivy wishes she had her own set of dog skates. She also wishes she had a real hockey stick instead of this old tree branch.

How much daylight do you have there these days?
As of today, we have 9 hours and 49 minutes of daylight with sunrise at 702am and sunset at 451pm.
Our temperatures have been above normal for the past couple weeks--lows in the mid 30s and highs in the 50s and even 60s. Normal high for today is 29. Normal high is 44.
It has warmed up lately. The last week was pretty cold, probably around 5-15. It has warmed up yesterday and today. I'm still looking for sunrise to sunset info.
