I'm almost certain this is the same mountain we climbed when some of us went to Alaska in '73(?). What a great experience! We were rewarded at the top with a large group of Dall sheep grazing in a meadow. Do you guys remember that? I had some great pictures. Of course they burned up in the fire... Do any of you have pictures of that day?

Sheep Mountain
I'm almost certain this is the same mountain we climbed when some of us went to Alaska in '73(?). What a great experience! We were rewarded at the top with a large group of Dall sheep grazing in a meadow. Do you guys remember that? I had some great pictures. Of course they burned up in the fire... Do any of you have pictures of that day?

1. All my pre-marriage pictures were stored in a metal container in the basement. A particularily hot and humid summer many years ago did a lot of water damage to them. I would like to get them out and see if any are salvageable.
2. Sheep Mountain is in fact named "Sheep Mountain". It is now part of the Kluane National Park and is like the BWCA in that you need a permit to enter.
3. WE are seriously thinking of going to Alaska next summer. Dean and Kurt and Steve are leaning that way too. Anybody for a caravan to Alaska?
